The impetus for this study comes from the success of the Nile Basin Discourse (NBD). The NBD is a CSO network, which, over a decade of support, has evolved into an independent network of over 600 member organizations – local and national CSOs/NGOs - throughout the Nile Basin.Considering the preparation of transboundary water program in the Niger Basin and the Senegal Basin, detailed consultations are planned in Senegal and Guinea, where CSO diagnostics have not been done. The objective is to investigate the structure of CSOs generally and then focus on CSOs in the water sector specifically. These will include (i) a desk review at national and regional level and (ii) interviews with NGO and Community Based Associations (CBAs). The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 15 May 2023.
