Similarity will relate to physical size, complexity, methods/technologies among others; Ø have qualified personnel to carry out the works, namely: a Director of Works, two supervisors of earthworks, a supervisor of civil works, a geotechnical engineer, three chiefs of topographical brigade and an environmentalist; Ø have sufficient equipment available (14G graders, 325 hydraulic excavators, D6R, D8 or D6 type bulldozers, compactors, tank trucks, dumpers, concrete mixers, crane trucks, etc.); Ø have an average annual turnover of at least 14,000,000,000 FCFA (fourteen billion CFA francs) over the last 05 (five) years.
