Tenders are invited for Selection of a Consultant (Cabinet) for the Project Management of the Construction and Equipment Projects of the Institute for the Training of the Judiciary and Legal Professionals The consultants will justify that they have references of recent and similar services. They must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the execution of similar missions and must also have accumulated or justified at least three (3) relevant references in the services of regional or international scope for activities similar to the during the period. The similar nature of the references will be analyzed according to: • the size of the markets; • the nature of the services, in particular studies and works supervision; • the number of similar contracts carried out; • experience in carrying out similar contracts within West Africa; The JUCICOM project will also examine the relevance of Expressions of Interest with regard to the following criteria: - Internal skills and availability in terms of technical support provided to experts located in the country; - Candidate's quality assurance procedures and certifications - specify the purpose or title of the certification: for example ISO 9001 or environmental and social certification. Due to the security risk linked to the electoral period in the context of the February 2024 elections, the evaluation of Expressions of Interest will verify that applications meet the following criteria: - The Candidate has at least experience of providing services in a similar security risk area, for which he will provide proof of the implementation of security measures (invoice or contract with security service provider, proof of security awareness before departure on site, etc.). - The Applicant has internal security management procedures: it will provide a description of its monitoring system and its crisis management system. - The Candidate has, for services carried out abroad, an assistance and repatriation contract for its employees: it will provide the certificate justifying it. - The Candidate will describe its standard process for preparing for departure on mission in sensitive areas, and will attach proof of its implementation (mission orders with associated instructions, certificates of awareness-raising or training actions, etc.). In the event of a Grouping, its agent and any member having its registered office outside the Customer's country must meet each of these criteria. An application that does not meet any of these requirements will be rejected.
