Tenders are invited for Construction of Midmile Fiberoptic Lines to Rural Settlements in Rural Places in Serbia (Phase 2A) The Client now invites applications to prequalify for the following contract(s) (the “Contract”), to be funded from the above proceeds: • Construction of Midmile Fiberoptic Lines to Rural Settlements in Rural Places in Serbia (Phase 2A) – Lot 1 • Construction of Midmile Fiberoptic Lines to Rural Settlements in Rural Places in Serbia (Phase 2A) – Lot 2 The Client aims to procure design and construction works for approx. 3,280 km of underground mid-mile fibre optic network in rural areas in Serbia. Works will be conducted in 85 municipalities of the Republic of Serbia, segmented in approx. 228 clusters (sections of works). The contract will be based on Yellow Fidic conditions (Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build). The Contractor shall design and provide the works in accordance with the Client’s (Employer’s) requirements. The contract will encompass: - Preparing Conceptual Design and acquiring Location conditions - Preparing High-Level Design and Decisions on approval of works - Perform construction works, including delivery and installation of optical cable and associated equipment - Preparing As-Built Design and completing the geodetic surveys
