Works will be conducted in 85 municipalities of the Republic of Serbia, segmented in approx. 228 clusters (sections of works). The contract will be based on Yellow Fidic conditions (Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build). The Contractor shall design and provide the works in accordance with the Client’s (Employer’s) requirements. The contract will encompass: - Preparing Conceptual Design and acquiring Location conditions - Preparing High-Level Design and Decisions on approval of works - Perform construction works, including delivery and installation of optical cable and associated equipment - Preparing As-Built Design and completing the geodetic surveys.
