Activities of the Project “EU for a Better Business Environment – EU4BE” (07/2021 – 06/2025) are grouped within the below three components: Component 1: Supporting the creation of a platform for coordination of business environment reforms (BE Platform); Component 2: Supporting the rationalization and simplification of business regulations; and the Component 3: Flexible business environment technical assistance facility. The main partners and stakeholders of the Project are the Ministry of Economy (MoE), Public Policy Secretariat (PPS), the Ministry of European Integration (MoEI) and other relevant line ministries and GoS agencies. The purpose of this assignment is to conduct a survey of Serbian private sector enterprises e.g. Survey of minimum 1000 enterprises for the year 2022. The Survey will focus on issues related to the business and regulatory environment, building on previous surveys conducted in Serbia over the previous five to ten years. This Survey measures the perception of the enterprises and entrepreneurs toward the regulatory, macroeconomic and financial aspects of the business environment, based on their own experiences. The Survey will provide recommendations for improving the business environment which will serve as a basis for continued public-private dialogue on improving the business environment in Serbia. The advantages of this Survey are: · Wide sample of the respondents, · Continuity and comparability of data, · Methodology of direct interviews and broad questionnaire’s scope. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
