Checking and approving survey data, designs, drawings, programs, and other documentation required to be submitted by the contractor and advising on design adjustments whenever such adjustments become necessary. ii. Supervision of the site works for compliance with the approved program, specifications, and any other obligation of the contractor/supplier (including implementation of ESMP and other Environmental Safeguards) iii. Inspection, testing, and witnessing of tests on materials, and witnessing completion and acceptance tests for the works or parts of the works. iv. Certifying contractor’s invoices or claims, dealing with variation orders, ordering works, maintaining cost control in the administration of the contracts, and monitoring cash flow to ensure that there is no unjustifiable cost over-run. v. Monitoring progress of work, preparing and keeping daily field records, and arranging for periodic site meetings. vi. Supervision of the arrangement for and the progress of the contractor’s operation and maintenance training programme. vii. Provision of post construction professional advice during the Defects Liability period. viii. Preparing and delivering on schedule mandated reports. Deadline: 26 April 2023 at 16:00 Hrs..
