The Objective of the Diagnostic is to Understand the Childcare Arrangements Utilized by Vulnerable and Low-Income Households and the Constraints They Face with the View to Designing Policies and Programs (i.e.; Community-Based Childcare Pilot) to Improve the Accessibility and Quality of Such Services. The Diagnostic will Examine How Access to Childcare (or/and the Lack Thereof) Affects Primary Caregivers’ Participation in the Labour Market and Employment Programs. Based on These Assessments; The Ds should Present Recommendations for Developing Quality Childcare Options Which will Allow Low-Income Households To: (I) Improve Access to Childcare Services And; (Ii) Increase Access to Employment Opportunities and Higher Earnings for Caregivers. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000.
