UNSOS seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors with experience in the the provision of operational services for MHE/Construction Equipment and vehicles for tasks summarized below : i. Conduct road maintenance and road repair, ii. Perform obstacle clearance, iii. Build ditches, berms, and trenches. iv. Perform excavating, scraping, grading & compacting works, v. Earth and bulk material moving activities, vi. Ground preparation works, vii. Construction of earth structures, viii. Filling of defense barriers, ix. Loading of waste management equipment and x. Operation of Material Handling Equipment as per requirement, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. xi. Operation of all type of UN Vehicles( both soft and armored) in mission area ( Operation service of vehicles , plant and Equipment) xii. Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards for both vehicles and MHE/construction equipment. UNSOS plan to enter into 2-year contract with option to extend for three one-year extension periods, starting from 01 June 2024. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued by end of September 2023..
