Candidates must prove that they qualify to participate in procurement by providing the following documentation which shall comprise the candidate’s bid. 2. Completed Letter of Bid 3. Completed Bid Information Form 4. Completed Bid-Securing Declaration 5. Completed BOQ’s 6. Submit Work Plan Schedule 7. Documentary evidence demonstrating legal status and ability to operate in Somalia, such as a valid Certificate of Company Registration. 8. Bank statements for the last 12 months must be submitted to evidence with closing balance of $50,000.00. 9. A declaration of certificate that the bidder has fulfilled the obligation to pay tax - a valid Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) with TIN (Required Q2 2023). 10. Documentary evidence demonstrating of at least two (2) Contracts experience in similar assignment within the last two (2) years and previous work experience..
