The bids will be evaluated in the following three (3) stages: Stage 1 - MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS, STAGE 2- MANDATORY COMPLIANCE AND STAGE 3-PRICE AND SPECIFIC GOALS. The detailed bid document will be available on the website, www.sanc.co.za. No faxed bids will be accepted. All bids must be submitted in two separate, sealed envelopes clearly marked "Mandatory Document" [one (1) original and "Financial/Pricing Document' [one (1) original. The bidder is also required to submit in a USB flash drive. Bids must be hand-delivered to the tender box situated at the Reception of the Cecilia Makiwane building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0083.
