Its primary purpose is to safeguard the rights and well-being of refugees. It also has a mandate to help stateless people. In more than six decades, the agency has helped tens of millions of people restart their lives. Today, a staff of some 6,600 people in more than 110 countries continues to help about 34 million persons. REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification in respect of this ITB to rsarbsup@unhcr.org The deadline for receipt of questions is 23:59 hrs CET on 19/05/2023. IMPORTANT: Please note that Bid Submissions are not to be sent to the e-mail addresses above. Failure to comply with this provision may result in disqualification. UNHCR will reply to the questions received as soon as possible by means of publication on its website or by email to all invited bidders. UNHCR will organize a site visit at United Nations High Commission for Refugees Regional Bureau for Southern Africa, Address: Waterkloof House 209 Waterkloof Rd, Brooklyn Pretoria, 0011, on 19/05/2023 at 10:00 AM (South African time). A maximum of two representatives per company is allowed.
