English: Description : The object of this contract promoted by the Department of Public Roads, Urban Services, Equipment and Mobility of the City Council of Parets del Vallès, is the execution of the second phase of improvements to the Miquel Luque municipal swimming pool, located at 46 Carrer de la Salut, 08150 Parets del Vallès, consisting of the installation of control and energy teles (Chapters 4.1 and 4.2, 5 and 6 of the municipal swimming pool facilities improvement project indicated above). The object of the contract that is being tendered mainly includes: 1.- Photovoltaic solar installation: Health and safety redesign, general grounding, electricity, PV equipment and other related installations. 2.- Solar thermal installation: Health and safety redesign, collectors, pipes and other related activities. 3.- Remote management and remote control: System based on the installation of smart meters that, through PLC communication, allow remote access to the meter for collecting readings, modifying parameters, managing demand, etc. 4.- Maintenance and warranty: Maintenance and warranty for the first 3 years from the date of completion of the supply - at no additional cost to the City Council with respect to the contract award price.
