Bids will be opened soon after closing at the Chief Engineer’s Office(Zonc 5), the Department of Buildings, Kandy in presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be Valid for a period of 77 Days from the date fixed for receiving of Bids or any extended period.
