Bids shoudl be submitted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure and to qualify for granting of contract, successful bidders should not have been blacklisted. In this regard, the requirements contained in the active circulars and the bid documents will be taken in to consideration when evaluating bids. The bid security to be submitted with the bid, should be obtained from a commercial bank in Sri Lanka drawn in favour of the Secretary of flic Southern Provincial Chief Ministry, valid from 04.07.2023 up to 01.11.2023 or it can be paid by cash made to the Accounts Section of the Chief Ministry and the receipt thus received should be attached with the bid. Cheques or Bank Drafts submitted as Bid Securities will not be accepted. Completed Bids could Either be Sent by Registered Post Addressed to, “Secretary, Southern Provincial Chief Ministry, 5th Floor, ‘Dakshinapaya’, Labuduwa, Galle” or Placed in the Tender Box Kept at the Accounts Section of the Chief Ministry, to be Received at or before 10.00 a.m. On 04.07.2023. Bids Received Late will be Rejected. Bids Received will be Opened at 10.30 a.m. On 04.07.2023 at the Ministry with the Participation of the Chairman, Procurement Committee of the Southern Provincial Chief Ministry and Bidder or One of His Authorized Representatives can be Present at the Opening. Bids should be Valid for 91 Days. A Pre-Bid Meeting Relevant to this is Scheduled to be Held at 10.00 a.m. On 19.06.2023 via the Zoom Technology.
