All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security, which shall be in the form included in the Bidding Document, issued in favour of Secretary, Ministry of Plantation Industries for an amount of Sri Lankan Rupees One Million Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand only (Rs. 1,650,000.00) valid up to 27th November 2023 issued by a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or an agency acceptable to the Employer as per Clause 17.2 of Bidding Data.
