It is mandatory to mention the VAT Registration Number if the bidder is registered for VAT and the copy of the VAT Registration Certificate should be attached to the bid and submitted. Above mentioned bid security may either be paid in cash to the Shroff of the District Secretariat or may be submitted by a valid bank guarantee valid until 01.11.2023 obtained from a commercial bank recognized by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Pre bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 26.06.2023 at the Official Room of the Chief District Engineer at the District Secretariat, Matale.
