Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders / representatives who choose to attend. > The Regional Procurement Committee decision will be final. Further, RDHS has the right to accept or reject any Bid without adducing any reasons and RDHS will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the prospective bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
