The bid documents relevant to this procurement can be inspected from 16.06.2023 to 06.07.2023 between 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from the Supplies Division on 4'h floor of the office of the Excise Department, free of charge. For this purpose, the receipt obtained upon the payment of the non refundable deposit of Rs.2,500.00 to the Shroff Division of this Department should be produced to the Supplies Division. Bid documents will be issued until 3.00 p.m. On 06.07.2023. All bids must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt obtained by paying refundable deposit of Rs.15,000.00 to the Shroff of the department or a bid security in the form of anconditional bank guarantee in the name of Commissioner Gereral of Excise issued by a commercial bank operation in Sri Lanka approved by the central bank of Sri Lanka. 4.
