The method of payment will be by cash only. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1200 Hrs on 21.09.2023 in Floor Conference Room, Inland Revenue Department. Bids must be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major), Procurement & Assets Management Branch, 15th Floor, Inland Revenue Department, Sir Chittampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02 on or before 11.00 am on 03.10.2023 Fate bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidder’s representative who chooses to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 03.01.2024. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security not less than Sri Lankan Rupees One Million Fifty Thousand (LKR 1,050,000.00). A bid security only in the form of a Bank guarantee as per the approved form given in the of bidding document, issued by a Commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of Commissioner General of Inland Revenue.
