Badulla” (It is mandatory that the original receipt obtained on crediting of the application should be attached and submitted) and the application form may be obtained via registered post. (Should enclose a stamped envelope for registered post). Before crediting the Application fee, should call on Tel. No. 055-2223184 and find out the exact amount to be credited and receipt should be emailed to upedacc@yahoo.com or upedacc@gmail.com on the same day the amount credited to the bank. (Application forms will be sent by post only until 24.11.2023).
