Bid Bond valid till 23.10.2023 Bid Evaluation Summary sheets should be submitted with the Bid (Please refer SPC website for more details) A non-refundable fee of LKR 20,000/= + taxes should be paid in cash to the SPC for each set of Tender Documents and attached it to the offer..
