The document shall be duly completed and returned by registered post or deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer - Commercial Unit, Ceylon Electricity Board, 61/1 A, Muhudu Mawatha, Tangalle on or before 12.10.2023 at 2.00 p.m. The top left hand side of the envelope containing application shall be marked the Reference No. & “Application for Registration of Suppliers & Service - For year 2024”.
