Request for proposals are invited for Consultants Service Provision to Render Specialist Support in the Review of the Nmc Organisational Structure and Implementation.
Appointment of a Service Provider to Render Specialist Support in the Review of the NMC Organisational Structure and Implementation
The National Maize Corporation will require the successful bidder to review the organisational structure and benchmarking in
a cost-effective manner. The appointed service provider will provide the NMC with specialist advise and support
services to:
3.1 Design Organisational structure elements from the beginning to the end. This includes the following phases:
3.1.1 Drafting and delivering a Macro and Micro Organisational structure.
3.1.2 Conducting Job analysis and evaluation for all affected positions and functions.
3.1.3 Conduct Salary benchmarking exercise for the NMC.
3.1.4 Conduct change management of the reviewed Organisational structure at EXCO, the
Board/Committees, NMC Staff and do skills transfer to the existing HR staff.
3.1.5 Make recommendations to the NMC on how to facilitate and support the Organisational design
implementation process to ensure a value-add intervention.
3.1.6 Provide a project plan including milestones and deliverables covering the complete scope as well as
lessons learned.
