Bids shall be organized and submitted in accordance with the provisions of Articles (19-35) of Law No. 2 of 2022 within two sealed envelopes, and these two envelopes shall be placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the Department of Military Works _ Tender Committee, and the subject of the tender, the date specified for the opening of the bids and the chosen domicile shall be written on it. The first envelope contains the following: 1- Application for participation in the tender affixed to it the stamps prescribed in the books of special and legal conditions 2- A written statement from the exhibitor that he has reviewed the general conditions book and the special conditions books (legal - financial - technical) and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein 3- Documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in Article 16 of Law 2 of 2022 4- Financial receipt against the purchase of the file Second envelope: It contains the financial offer with individual and total.
