Those wishing to participate in submitting offers can view the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the table of quantities in the office of the Contracts and Tenders Committee of the Department of Military Medical Services / Damascus - Barzeh Al-Balad - next to Tishreen Military Hospital / obtain the books of legal and financial conditions technical, and the schedule of quantities, as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, against payment of its value amounting to / 5000 / SP for only five thousand Syrian pounds, and / 100,000 / SP for only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds, a request for participation in submitting offers Bids shall be submitted within three closed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and the subject of the request for offers shall be written on it, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, dated 19/8/2023 AD. The offers shall be received by hand or Sent by secured mail. Offers are regulated in accordance with the provisions of Article /35/ of Law No. /2/ dated 1/2/2022 regarding contracts of the Ministry of Defense..
