Bids shall be organized and submitted in accordance with the provisions of Articles (19-35) of Law No. 2 of 2022 within two sealed envelopes, and these two envelopes shall be placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the Department of Military Works _ Tender Committee, and the subject of the tender, the date specified for the opening of the bids and the chosen domicile shall be written on it. The first envelope contains the following : 1- Application for participation in the tender affixed with the prescribed stamps (financial stamp 100000,300 SYP with all fees in addition to all fees resulting from temporary guarantees, a war effort of 200 SYP and a martyr stamp 2 L.S) 3- A written statement from the exhibitor that he has reviewed the general conditions book and the special conditions books (legal - financial - technical) and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained therein 16- Documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in Article 2 of Law 2022 of 4 150000- Financial receipt against the purchase of the file Second envelope: It contains the financial offer with individual and total.
