The tender will be conducted in accordance with the unified system of contracts for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions booklet issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical conditions booklet and the booklet of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004. Special legal and financial conditions, and the bidder is considered to have knowledge of the project file according to the following conditions. Estimated statement value: (100,847,000) Syrian pounds only, one hundred million eight hundred and forty-seven thousand Syrian pounds, nothing other than the initial insurance: (5%) of the estimated statement value, valid until End of the bidder’s engagement with his offer. Final insurances: (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay.
