Primary insurances: specified and distributed in the table contained in the special financial and human rights conditions book, in accordance with the items of the required medical consumables, and paid in Syrian pounds to the order of the General Authority of the Martyr Iyad Ahmed Ibrahim Hospital in Banias, from the exhibitor's bank account opened with one of the banks operating and accredited in the Syrian Arab Republic, and exclusively under a certified check or a bank guarantee (not less than three months) or a bank transfer to the account of the General Authority of the Hospital The martyr Iyad Ahmed Ibrahim in Banias at the Central Bank of Syria - Tartous branch, and the check is not accepted for his order. Final insurances / 10% / of the referral value Implementation period: The period of supply of materials within / 60 days / sixty days from the day following the date of informing the contractor of the commencement order The delay fine is one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that the value of the delay fines does not exceed 20% of the total.
