Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in return for paying its value of / 5000 / SP only five thousand Syrian pounds and / 100000 / SP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds . Within an envelope and placed in a second envelope addressed with the name of the party having the need and the subject of the tender is written on it and the date of opening the offers is sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve noon on Saturday date: 19/8/2023 AD and the offers are delivered by hand or sent by mail Content The offers are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article /19/ of Law No. /2/ dated 1/2/2022 regarding contracts of the Ministry of Defense.
