Final insurances / 10% / of the referral value Implementation period: The period of supply of materials within / 60 days / sixty days from the day following the date of informing the contractor of the commencement order The delay fine is one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that the value of the delay fines does not exceed 20% of the total.
