The duration of the contract is 120 calendar days, starting from the day following the delivery of the work site. Issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004 AD, and in accordance with the special technical conditions booklet and the special legal and financial conditions booklet, the bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to the following conditions Estimated statement value (686,400,000) for 0 S only Six hundred and eighty-six million and four hundred thousand Syrian pounds only Initial insurances (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer Final insurances (10%) of the contract value Delay fines (0.001) of The total value contracted for each day of delay. The duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer is (60) days from the date of submission of offers. The duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer is (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order..
