Whoever wishes to participate should review the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank - Governorate Square To obtain a copy of the book of legal and technical conditions for an amount of 150,000 SYP one hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only, offers are submitted to the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank - Damascus Governorate Square - Temporary insurance 4,000,000 Syrian pounds only Four million Syrian pounds only - The final insurance is 10% of the total value of the contract - The duration of the bidder’s binding to his offer The bidder is considered bound to his offer for a period of two months starting from the day following the last date for submission of offers - The duration of the nominated bidder’s binding to his offer The nominated bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of three months starting from the day following the date of his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him - Implementation period: two years, renewed year by year, starting from the day following the date of the commencement order - The delay fine is equivalent to 0.001 one per thousand of the total value of the contract - This announcement is subject to the provisions of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. /51/ of 2004 -.
