The Chairman of the Informatics Department Tenders Committee announces the need of the Ministry of Defense - Informatics Department to purchase computer equipment specified in Purchase Request No. / 73 / dated 7/16/2023 AD, according to an internal contract by means of a request for offers. Those wishing to submit
these Materials Reviewing and obtaining technical, legal and financial books of conditions and related documents in the Informatics Department building - Beirut Street - next to the Officers Club, at the office of the head of the Tenders Committee in the Informatics Department, for an amount of /5000/ Syrian pounds.
Technical and financial offers and identification documents shall be submitted in three closed envelopes. These envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Informatics Department within a maximum period of the end of the official working hours from Wednesday, 8/23/2023 AD.
It is regulated in accordance with the provisions of Articles 16-35 of Law No. 2 of 3/1/2022, accompanied by temporary bonds. The
delivery period is 45 days, starting from the day following the notification of the contractor with the direct order
. The commitment of the nominated contractor / 6/ months from the date of his notification of the referral to him in accordance with the provisions of Article / 30 /
of Law No. / 2 / of 2022 AD . The following figure A - Temporary bonds: presented at a rate of /5%/ of the total value of the pledge for each item as contained in the book of legal and financial conditions, along with the fees incurred for the temporary guarantees, which are /50,000/ SP as a financial stamp fee and /5000/ SP. s
