These envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Informatics Department within a maximum period of the end of the official working hours from Wednesday, 8/23/2023 AD. It is regulated in accordance with the provisions of Articles 16-35 of Law No. 2 of 3/1/2022, accompanied by temporary bonds. The delivery period is 45 days, starting from the day following the notification of the contractor with the direct order .
