Offers shall be submitted to the Engineers Department after being viewed by the Contracts and Tenders Committee in the following manner: within three closed envelopes. These envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope addressed with the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and the subject of the request for proposals shall be written on it according to the following: A- The first envelope: contains the following 1- Documents that prove the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in Article /16/ of Law No. /2/ of 2022 AD and other required conditions (a commercial registry document - a chamber of commerce registration document - a non-employee paper from the general register for workers in the state - a summary of a criminal record - A declaration of commitment to boycott Israel - a declaration not to be deprived of entering into tenders or contracting with ministries or other public agencies or having his funds seized as a precautionary seizure in favor of public agencies or an executive seizure - a copy of the identity - the subscription document in the official announcements bulletin) 2- Subscription.
