Assess challenges and opportunities relating to the deployment, market expansion and users’ adoption of Natural Gas and LPG as energy sources for domestic, industrial and transport applications. iii. Develop a detailed promotion plan addressing the key challenges and constraints. iv. Draw an implementation strategy outlining priority interventions both government and public sector actors. v. To enhance LPG and Natural Gas consumption in the country from the current level of 1.7kg per capital to more than 10kg for LPG and from16 mmscf per annum to 50 mmscf per annum for Natural Gas in the next 10 years; and vi. To develop a strategy to enhance and promote LPG and Natural Gas utilization in the country as well as addressing the existing infrastructure challenges..
