Period of Performance: May 10, 2023 – June 30, 2023 Contract Type: Fixed Price Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Reports to: ACHIEVE/Tanzania Director of Zones and CSO Program Management The project has three Strategic Objectives (SO) which are: • SO1: To strengthen the capacity of the national and community-level social services workforce, systems, and structures to ensure quality services for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), at-risk Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW), and People Living with HIV (PLHIV). • SO2: To strengthen the capacity of local organizations to manage and implement OVC and DREAMS interventions. • SO3: Improve the health, well-being, and protection of OVC and youth in high HIVburden communities OVCs and DREAMS Services Transition ACHIEVE Tanzania project started providing OVC and DREAMS services in 95 councils which included 81 Kizazi Kipya councils and new 14 councils. USAID Tanzania has organized these 95 councils into four (4) clusters namely Southern, Northeastern, Western and Lake Clusters.. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 07 May 2023.
