Another activity implemented through this window aims to enable representatives of Tunisian authorities and stakeholders to participate in CwA activities; in particular to exchanges between peers; organized by the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET).* Window 2 aims to provide technical assistance to ministries and agencies responsible for implementing CwA-related reforms. This support; on demand; covers the three pillars of the reform matrix. Window 3 aims to support efforts in the communication and promotion of investment opportunities in order to attract potential investors to the country; especially those from the G20 countries; and to allow Tunisia to access investors' markets The following deliverables are expected within the framework of this mission: * An inception report defining the outlines of the mission. o An intermediate version to be submitted 2 weeks after the signature of the contract.o A final version to be submitted 6 weeks at the latest; on the basis of the comments transmitted by the Bank.* An intermediate report (Intermediate findings); presenting interim observations to ensure that the project is on track and aligned with the expectations of the mission. This report will notably include a proposal for the plan of the closure report and a list of flagship projects.* A closure report from the CwA trust fund: o An intermediate version to be submitted on March 31; 2024.o A final version to be submitted on May 15; 2024 at the latest; on the basis of the comments sent by the Bank. The closing report will include, among other things:* Evaluation of the activities carried out within the framework of the three windows in relation to the achievement of the fund's objectives and in relation to the criteria of relevance; efficiency; efficiency; of impact and sustainability.* The major achievements made within the trust fund. In order to highlight the most significant achievements; a list of flagship projects will be identified and agreed with the Bank and the main achievements of these projects will be presented in the form of impact stories.* The challenges the Bank has faced in its management of the fund and the solutions proposed.* The lessons learned from fund activity.* Completed and updated fund results framework.* Analysis of risk management relating to fund activity.* A summary of key fund data.All deliverables will be provided in English. The closing report; in its final version; is due no later than May 15; 2024. The mission will be divided into two phases:* The first phase will start on October 1 and will last until December 31, 2023. This phase will allow in particular (i) the definition of the outlines of the mission; (ii) delivery by the service provider of the launch report in its final version; and (iii) review of closed projects.* The second phase will take place from January to May 2024; once the fund is closed; making it possible to (i) carry out the evaluation of all the projects closed on December 31, 2023; (ii) to present the preliminary report; and (iii) provide the closing report in its final version.
