Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Sironko District Physical Development Plan and Urban Physical Development Plans

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by: i) Describing assignments of similar nature and scope conducted in areas of Urban Planning, Land Use Planning and Strategic Spatial Development Planning in at least the last ten (10) years; ii) Providing information on experience in preparation of at least one (1) District Physical Development or a Higher-level Land use / Spatial Plan; iii) Providing information on experience in preparation of at least two (2) neighborhood urban design plans OR detailed neighborhood plans, of which integration of parcel boundary mapping will be an added advantage. iv) Indicating availability of appropriate skills in physical planning among the consultant’s staff including among others: Physical Planner, Economist, Civil Engineer, Environmental Planner, Climate Change Expert, Surveyor, Sociologist, Agricultural Economist, GIS Expert/Specialist and Communication Expert. Expressions of Interest will be opened in the presence of the applicants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 26th June 2023 at 11:05 a.m..
