Tenders are invited forAcquisition of Procurement of a Consultancy Firm to Undertake the Preparation of Zoning/ Land Use, Detailed and Neighbourhood/ Urban Designs for Four (4) Clusters of Butabika Parish- Nakawa Division, Kampala. The KCCA has allocated funds through the Uganda Road Fund (URF) to maintain roads in Kampala and part of the funds is to be used for the acquisition of Procurement of a Consultancy Firm to undertake the Preparation of Zoning/ Land Use, Detailed and Neighbourhood/ Urban Designs for Four (4) Clusters of Butabika Parish- Nakawa Division, Kampala. The Entity invites your sealed proposals for the provision of the above consultancy services. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and the PPDA Regulations, 2014 and the procedures described in Part 1: Proposal Procedures. And is Open to all interested Consultants. The Request for Proposals documents in English may be purchased by interested Consultants upon submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a). Consultants are advised to collect Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address in 8(a) below and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 300,000/= (Uganda Shillings Three Hundred Thousand Only) VAT inclusive to any of the banks authorized to receive Non Tax Revenue fees on behalf of KCCA. You may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:30 Am on Wednesday, 02nd August 2023. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 02nd August 2023. There shall be a pre – proposal meeting at 11:30 am on Tuesday, 04th July 2023 at The Procurement and Disposal Unit, Room B117, 1st Floor, Block B, City Hall. 8.
