The following are the tasks for this assignment. 1 Review the WRP documents including the skills audit reports, curriculum and training guide; 2 Design a tailor-made supervisor training programme to enhance knowledge transfer, coaching and mentoring of fresh graduates in a work place that is suitable for face-toface training and online self-paced training. 3 Develop training materials and coaching tools for the supervisors training; 4 Develop a schedule for delivering the two-day training and coaching; 5 In consultation with Enabel and Private Sector Foundation, deliver the training to estimated 200 supervisors in batches of estimated 40 supervisors per training; 6 Training evaluation and reporting; 7 Development and delivery of assistance to follow-up on transfer of learning; before, during and after the training; 8 Follow-up on the supervisors and trainees and submit a follow up report..
