No liability v/ill be accepted for loss or late delivery. 3. Bidders are required to indicate the specific items they are bidding for on the bidding document and submit in one original and two copies. 4. Bidders should deary indicate official emails of the company .Names of Directors plus their contact details and close representatives ol the company for day to day operations. (This information should be put on a separate sheet in the bidding document.) 5. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly labeled. 6. Sealed bids must be submitted not later than 30th October. 2023 by 11:00am. 7. Bid Opening will be on Monday, 30th October, 2023 at 11:30am NCS Board Room Lugogo Sports Complex, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend..
