These areas are: digitalisation - move from the current manual process to a digital solution that would support and track coaching/mentoring activity. Targeted skillsets - move to a managed digital solution to allow specific skillsets and requirements to be matched up to the best placed person within the system. This will enable users to develop in their desired area that will then allow them to progress their career within sw. Enhanced support - move to a structured process for coaching and mentoring, guided by the system with the ability to interact socially with others providing a sense of community and keep records of progress. Insights - move from the ad-hoc manual collection of coaching and mentoring data to a systemised digital process-driven approach which enables evaluation.
