A successful proposal should include the following components: - A capacity needs assessment of CSOs (selected in close collaboration with the MoE) to identify priority areas for training. - Training modules that focus on; strategic planning, M&E, the integration of climate change models/NDCs into strategic plans, the development of projects related to climate action, the development of project pipelines and project proposals. - Targeted support to CSOs in the development of final strategic plans, project pipelines, and project proposals. - A policy dialogue on the role of CSOs in climate change and NDC implementation. This work is expected to take 12 months, from the date of signature onwards.
