Development of Methodology: The vendor will collaborate with the EPiHC team to design a robust; evidence-based and comprehensive methodology for assessing the implementation of the ethical principles within the targeted signatory group. The methodology should incorporate the inherent differences in the type of signatories the assessment is targeted at – providers; payors; or investors and include relevant questions.2. Development of an Assessment Toolkit: The vendor should deliver an assessment toolkit (in English) comprising of an interactive online self-assessment survey; a user guide and provision/recommendation of a suitable online platform for hosting the survey..
