Emergency phone installation project BCN Purchasing will no longer accept hard copy bid documents in response to any solicitation including but not limited to ITB RFP RFQ or CMAR solicitations All documents must be submitted electronically via this website NSHE recently migrated to a new payment system that requires all of our vendors register with the system in order for our Controllers office to allow us to pay you Please visit the following link for the NSHE Supplier Registration system to sign up for a new account https suppliers nevada edu Membership Secure CreateUser aspx This process only needs to be completed once If you believe you already have an account set up please confirm by searching for your company at this link https suppliers nevada edu FindSupplier aspx If your company is listed and shows the Supplier Status as anything other than Accepted then there are still steps that must be completed before your registration is approved Once an ITB RFP RFQ CMAR is released for bidding bidders may begin working on their response and uploading required documents without submitting their bid early The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB RFP RFQ CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time Once the ITB RFP RFQ CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically the list of bidders responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities selecting the specific opportunity and scrolling down to Bid Documents The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there Description of Work This is a prevailing wage project The project consists of restroom upgrades to the men s women s and family restrooms located at the North end of the Bristlecone Building The upgrades consist of all new finishes partitions counters light fixtures plumbing fixtures and accessories Special Considerations Demolition abatement and construction will impact the north entrance to the Bristlecone Building Staging will also be located on the north side of the building Special consideration will be required to maintain general and ADA access to the building WNC Project 25 B058 Labor Commissioner CC-2025-353 SPWD Project 25-B058 Estimated Cost Range 250 000 to 350 000 Liquidated Damages 500 day Required Insurance if Awarded Commercial General Liability Business Automobile Liability Workers Compensation Pollution Liability and Builder s Risk will be required Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth here https www unr edu bcn-nshe risk contracts Completion of Work Subject to change by Owner Work is scheduled to begin on October 20 2025 and shall be fully complete by January 16 2026
