In case of awarding the contract, the winning company must, within 5 working days , provide a guarantee of securing its proposal in the form of a deposit, by transferring funds to the settlement account of O'zmedimpeks LLC in the amount of 2% of the total contract amount, before the contract enters into force by virtue of. The amount of the deposit will be returned to the Winner after the full fulfillment of obligations under the contract. In case of non-fulfillment (including refusal to fulfill) contractual obligations by the Winner, the amount of the deposit will remain with the Buyer.
