AU ECOSOCC now invites interested and eligible firms to submit technical and financial proposals for the assignment as per attached Terms of Reference (TORS). 2. A firm will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection Method. The weight for technical and financial scores shall be 70% and 30% respectively 3. The EOI must include the following documents: 4. Certificate of incorporation (company registration) 5. Three (3) contactable references · Company profile 1. Curriculum Vitae of the proposed experts The Technical and Financial offers must be delivered by e-mail as Two Separate documents and both documents must be password Bidders will be requested to share the passwords two hours before the deadline for submission. The deadline for submission is 24 October 2023 at 1400hrs Harare/Pretoria. Late bids will be rejected. This is a two-envelope bidding process and only technical bids will be opened on the deadline for submission. Financial bids will be opened at a later stage.
