Brief Description of Assignment: "a) Checking of Digitized Mouza Map Sheets and database b) Edit-Plot Check of Digitized Mouza Map Sheets c) Checking and verification of Geo-referenced Mouza Map Sheets (using georeferenced high-resolution satellite images) d) Checking of Edge Matched mouza map sheets e) Checking and verification of superimposed Mouza sheets with land use data f) Ground Truthing/Field Checking of Mouza map sheets shall be superimposed on land use data a certain sampling basis by Upazilas." Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: "a) The Consultant Firm will demonstrate experience of at least 10 (Ten) years in similar assignments. The EOI should contain the following information and documents to demonstrate its legal status, qualification and experience; b) Professionals with a mixed set of skills, educational background, and experience in the relevant fields; c) Name and background of the firm with similar experiences including firm`s brochure; d) In case of intention of forming association in the form of JV or sub consultancy, the name of Firms with relevant experience in specific assignment; e) Copy of the registration certificate with professional body; f) List of relevant professional staff with mentioning their qualification and experience; g) Summary of experience of the firm in similar assignment completed during last 05 (Five) years, client name, contract value, and details of the task; h) Availability of resources and demonstration of capacity to carry out the assignment should be mention in the EOI; i) Submission of the copies of all legal documents that the firms hold to carry out his business including VAT/IT registration certificates;.
