The principal roles and functions of the Consultant shall include the following: • Review of the Design, Contract Documents in compliance with the requirements of the Construction Contract • Inspection, monitoring and certification of the Works • Review of the Contractor’s Quality Assurance System • Review of the Contractor’s Environmental Management System • Review of the Contractor’s Site Safety Plan & Site Security Plan • Reviewing the inspection and test plans and results of testing • Conducting the procedures required Employer’s Taking Over • Reviewing Contractor’s Documents, the execution of works and completed works For details background of the project and scope of services, draft Terms of Reference (ToR) is available at the website: www.bba.gov.bd or/and can be found at the office of project director. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: Applicant should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide the Services.
